Reservations are only considered final when the deposit has been paid and the appropriate registration form has been signed.

Any group that cancels a booking can approach another group to take over the booking but the reservations office need to be informed.
Individuals entering the camp site do so at their own risk.
Spirited liquor is not allowed at Disakloof.
No dogs are allowed.
Arrival is at 14:00 and departure at 11:00.
No noise is allowed between 20:00 until 07:00.
Smoking: We are located in the Kogelberg Biosphere. People that smoke need to place their cigarette buds in the containers located in front of the housing units. No smoking is allowed inside the houses.
Speakers, alarms, sirens, instruments and whistles are prohibited.
Campers will be responsible for the fines payable to the municipality in this regard.
Youth groups are responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the camp site (including ablution facilities).
The site manager has sole discretion and persons or groups making use of the site need to submit to his authority.
In the event of misconduct the site manager has the right in his capacity as a representative of the Disakloof Jeugmaatskappy Board of directors to terminate the stay.
The use of shaving cream and toothpaste in youth orientated activities is not allowed, as it is difficult to remove from the mattresses and the door handles.
Camp leaders are responsible for their own first aid.
It is very dark at night so it is advisable to bring a good torch.
Please bring at least one toilet roll per person for the weekend.
Please provide your own bedding, crockery and cutlery, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths etc.
Please do remove any furniture or matresses from the houses or take them outside.
We sometimes have baboons on the site, please do not feed them.
Keep your doors and windows closed and lock the doors when you leave as Disakloof will not accept responsibility for any losses.
Any valuable equipment or laptops left in the hall are done at the owner's risk. Lock the hall at all times when not utilised.
Responsibilities of the Camp Leader
Upon arrival the camp leader needs to report to the site manager, confirm the amount of people attending the camp and receive the keys.
The camp leader needs to acknowledge that the site and the buildings are handed over in a clean and neat condition.
The kitchen equipment needs to be checked against the inventory before it is used.
The camp leader and the site manager will check all facilities before departure to ensure that everything is in good order.
The keys need to be handed over to the site manager upon departure.
The camp leader may not depart from the site until an evaluation form has been completed and signed by both parties.
